If you are serious about having your basement waterproofed, stop searching and hire this company. I did a lot of research and had estimates from 5 different companies. Integrity did everything they claimed they would do. The workers were friendly and professional. They even worked in the rain to get the job done on time. For the first time since I've owned this house, I have a dry basement. I could not be any more pleased than I am with the job. Several waterproofing companies gave estimates of over $10,000 for a complete waterproofing job. Steve from Integrity used a different approach by trying to determine why water was coming into the basement. He came to the conclusion that water was coming up through the floor as a result of a blocked lateral line. The workers were very professional and neat. The job was completed within one day. Instead of a $10,000 bill the problem was resolved for $2000. If honesty is important to you then you need to give Integrity Waterproofing a call.

Steve provided a very informative and educational assessment of my home and quoted several options available to me. At no time did I feel any pressure. Exterior waterproofing is an enormous undertaking, and his crew completed the job in four days. During the project, the job sight was kept neat and orderly. One of my initial concerns was the inconvenience this would cause my neighbor. As it turns out, Steve has this down to a science. After a huge rainstorm, we had a flood in the basement which we never had before. I had already obtained two estimates for foundation waterproofing to be done, but do to the wide discrepancies in the scope of the project, I contacted Steve as a third bid. After a very thorough inspection of the foundation, storm sewer location, testing the downspouts with a garden hose, etc. he determined that our real problem was with a blocked lateral line leading to our storm sewer. He referred us to a sewer cleaning company. They found lots of roots and took two hours to clean the line. To date our basement remains dry despite heavy rains. Steve is knowledgeable and ethical. He had the expertise to determine what the 'real' problem was instead of just fixing the symptoms. Integrity Waterproofing truly does do business with integrity!

Waterproofing is a big, messy job. It's also expensive. So if you're going to do it, do it right and dig from the outside. I interviewed eight companies for this job and only considered two of them. I chose integrity because they guarantee their work for twenty years. The actual job took longer than expected, but I was kept up to date on progress. The crew is extremely friendly. The work was excellent, I was given daily reports and made daily inspections. The owner, Steve, stopped by often and his wife, Pam, was always there to answer my calls. I highly recommend Integrity. Steve Allen came with the crew to introduce the crew manager and the workers. The crew was very concerned about what flowers and bushes should be saved when they are moved. As they began excavating, the excess dirt was taken off site. This company uses a method of applying a coating which dries to rubber, and installing a layer of material to allow the water to run away from the foundation. The city inspector stated that he'd never seen such a well done job. I was given a daily update on the progress of the job. The crew was very friendly and we had an excellent working relationship.
